A two-hour train/bus ride there.

It's pretty alarming how I've only been to Praisehaven twice and the grumpy lady who sorts out donated clothing tells me I look familiar and then goes on to offer me a discount card for all Salvation Army thrift stores.

Come to think of it, it's even more alarming that thrift stores actually have discount cards. I don't know why but it just seems weird.

Anyhow, not that I'm complaining because I like shopping for old bags there.

I got a Enrico Coveri bag. Dark chocolate brown, rectangular and simple. Looks pretty authentic to me (all buckles are engraved with the brand and there's a tag inside that says "Enrico Coveri. Made in Italy"). No idea who or what is Enrico Coveri until I came home, google-d it and found out it's an Italian designer who's still going pretty strong.

I almost wanted to get a beaded maroon dinner bag with gold trimmings. Really girl-y and pretty and also very 70s. It would work really well as a clutch if I remove the straps. Problem is, it weighs approximately the same as a 5kg bag of rice. Can't imagine carrying it anywhere.
